In order to perform an hard reset on the Amber, thus reinstalling the AmberOS, you have to:

1 - Press and hold the reset button and the power button with a SIM removal pin for 10 seconds, you will hear Amber beep

2 - Wait between 2-3 minutes until Amber beeps again

3 - Open the Amber Manager App and connect to the Amber, or connect via browser desktop to http://latticenode.local/

4 - Make sure your amber connects to the internet (still blue light)

5 - Choose between Reinstall (hard reset) and Restart (soft reset)

6 - Choosing reinstall will redo AmberOS setup process and wipe all the data

Power On Amber if the Ring shows blue light > push 10 seconds “Reset” and “Power” button > the Ring shows orange blinking (reboot) > if the Ring shows yellow blinking the system is ready to reset.
