We offer a 2-year-warranty for manufacturing defects on all our products. In case of normal use, our products won't break within 2 years. If it does, we’ll repair or replace your purchased product(s) for free. Damages resulting from misuse, negligence, accidents or damage caused by legal persons other than the original buyer are not covered by our warranty. Latticework BV always confirms the proof of purchase through the product model number, S/N serial number and the original receipt.
Customers have the right to return purchases within 14 days of delivery. Returned products must be unused, in the original packaging and in the same condition that you received it. We ask our customers to include the proof of purchase with your returned product. Latticework B.V. notifies its customers immediately after receiving returned products.

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.
Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to hardware during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.
